Gambit VPN Terms of Service

Article 1 [Purpose]

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the use of Gambit VPN (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 [Definitions]

  1. "Service" refers to the VPN-related application provided by the company and all related ancillary services.
  2. "User" refers to anyone who uses the services provided by the company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Subscription" refers to the method by which a user pays a specified amount through Google Play Store or Apple App Store to access and use the Service.

Article 3 [Display and Revision of Terms]

  1. The company will display these Terms in a manner easily accessible to users within the Service.
  2. The company may revise these Terms within the limits of applicable laws and regulations when necessary.
  3. Revised Terms will be announced with the effective date and reasons for revision. If the user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may stop using the Service and cancel their subscription.

Article 4 [Service Usage]

  1. This Service does not require separate membership registration or login and can be accessed through a Google Play Store or Apple App Store account.
  2. To use the VPN Service, users must complete a subscription payment via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  3. By clicking the subscription button, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 5 [Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds]

  1. Subscription, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platforms (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
  2. Subscription cancellation can be handled directly by the user through the subscription management page of the platform being used.
  3. Refund requests are processed in accordance with the refund policies of the respective platforms. For details, please refer to the customer support pages of the respective platforms.
